Faustino VII Rioja is an aristocratic Spanish wine, which is prepared on the basis of the predominant Tempranillo grape variety with the addition of a small proportion of Masuelo. The berries ripe in a mild climate, on the soils that contain lime, which allows the wine to get a pleasant and complex aroma, with notes of ripe red fruits, spices, tobacco and sweet vanilla. The taste is balanced, with hints of ripe black fruits and its aftertaste is long and velvet.

It goes well with a variety of pork and beef dishes, as well as with matured cheeses.
